METHODS OF PAYMENT

  • USA funds only. Upon receipt of funds, parcels will be shipped with tracking information.
  • Funds including shipping fees must be received within 14 days of sale. Shipping costs includes shipping and handling unless otherwise stated. All item(s) are exactly as shown on the sale page, all photos display the current item(s) for sale unless otherwise stated.
  • All features are listed within the sale page. Features that do not apply to the current item(s) will not be stated on the sale page.



SHIPPING

  • Upon verification of funds, and avalibility of items, orders will be filled, and shipped when complete.
  • Domestic Shipping times vary from 3-10 business days for instock items, out of stock items may take approximately 1-2 weeks for short wait, 3-6 months for rare items.
  • For Built and Finished ( see also: build-up & finished Policy ).
  • Tracking infomation for orders is provided via shop.bestlove in the user account area.
  • The Term "Est Shipping" refereres to the estimated ship date.



WARRANTY

  • Parts Warranty 1 Year on NEW/Unopened Items for certain select brands
  • Parts Warranty 30 days on Used/Refurbished items for certain select brands.

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • All orders are inspected prior to shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 24 hours of the receiving your order.
  • We will not cover damages due to mishandling, misuse, or negligence.



RETURNS/REFUNDS

  • Please inspect your purchase upon receipt.
  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days from the invoice date, and applies to unopened, unused, resellable items.
  • Returned items must contain all parts/pieces and original packing box and must be in brand-new, unused, and in re-sell able condition.
  • Products returned that are not in original New, Unopened in perfect condition with all packaging and item materials and manuals that cannot be resold as new are subject to a restock fee
  • Products returned opened with missing parts,pieces,instructions,missing packaging or accessories and/or customer caused item, packaging and/or accessories damage that cannot be resold reason will be discarded and no refund issued.
  • Refunds will not be applied to damaged and mishandled goods.
  • 15 days from the date of purchase for; Toys, Electronics, unopened unsed DVDs, unopened unused CDs, unopened unused Movies, Eye Wear, Inflatables, and Refurbished items.
  • No returns/refunds on Used/Open Media, DVDs, CDs, Movies, Video Cassetts, Ect ...
  • 30 days from the date of purchase for; Jewelry, Apparel, Stuffed Toys.
  • Built and Finished items are Commissioned and Custom made, these items and are non refundable
  • Shipping / Handling fees are non-recoverable therefore non-refundable.
  • There are no returns on Built and finished Items, CD's DVD's Movies sold as Used, Built Up Models, commissioned Items, Adult Related Items, International Orders, or speciality items.
  • An RMA Number must be obtained from ShopBestLove prior to returning any item(s)


INTERNATIONAL

International Payment Terms

  • International Shipping available. Shipping cost are based on distance, weight, sale value of item(s) purchased, insurance, and tracking cost. International purchases may require a customs tax and or duty which
  • ShopBestLove is not responsible, and such taxes or duties are not included in the final sale.
  • Any insurance is used to cover the value of the goods shipped, this does not include shipping and handling cost.
  • Please inquire with your local postal service or customs for taxes and duty costs.
  • Shipping times will vary depending on destination, the average ship time for international is 10-15 business days not including foreign customs delays which are not within ShopBestLove's control.
  • All International orders outside the USA to PO BOXES must provide a phone number.
  • International orders outside the USA are finial - replacement orders, refunds, reimbursements are at the discretion of ShopBestlove.
  • Methods of shipping maybe FedEx, UPS, or DHL, methods may vary depending weight, value of item ect ...
  • If you refuse a shipment from ShopBestLove, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any customs or taxes, and the cost of returning the package to ShopBestLove. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
  • In the event that the return fee exceeds the order total, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
  • As a general practice the shipping used for international orders are; UPS, FEDEX, or USPS Priority. These service are high rate courier services, as they provide door to door tracking and evidence the package has reached the customer, in addition they provide fast service (as a general rule with in 7 business days).
  • Some international customers may choose to opt out of the high rate services, if so cheaper international service are avilable for orders up to 4 lbs. Cheaper services do not offer tracking or confirmation, and delivery times may take upto and in some cases beyound 14 business days. If an international customer chooses to opt out of the upper range rates for their order, the customer must contact us in writing prior to shipping, the customer must understand cheaper rates will not have tracking and/or confirmation, the customer must agree not to file a case against ShopBestLove in case of delivery issues due to cheaper services.
  • As of 1/1/2016 ShopBestlove will no longer offer International Priority shipping under 4lbs. The replacement will be First Class USPS, Tracking for such order may not be viewed online, for more information about tracking USPS shipments go to usps.com or contact usps directly.
